You should always know what the odds of the game that you are playing are. If you don’t have this knowledge then you could be missing out on some valuable information, not to mention you could be winning much more than you thought possible. We will go over the roulette odds of some popular roulette bets in the remainder of this article.

• If you put your bet on the Red box, which means that you are betting that a red number will be hit with the next spin of the wheel you have about a 47.37% chance to hit this is true also if you place your bets on the Black box, the Odd box, the Even box, the 1-18 box and the 19-36 box. It doesn’t matter which one of these you choose to bet on; you will have about the same chance to win;
• If you bet on numbers 1 to 12 you will have about a 31.58% chance to win. If you are to bet on numbers 13- 24 you will have the same chances as well as if you bet numbers from 25-36;
• If you place your whole wager on any one number you have a 2.63% chance to hit that number, but if you hit that one number that you picked you will get a much higher payout;
• Any two number combination that you bet on will have about a 5.26% chance of winning;
• Three number combinations will have a 7.89% chance of hitting;
• Four number combinations have a 10.53% chance;
• Six number combinations have a 15.79% chance;
• If you pick the 0,00,1,2,3 combination you have a 13.16% chance of winning that bet (this is not a good bet btw).

So the roulette odds of hitting some of these numbers are pretty great, and the roulette odds that are lower, when you hit them pay off very well. You have to decide whether you want to wait for the big payoff or let your bankroll slowly grow while you continue to play that game. If you pick one single number and that is the number that is hit you will get paid 35 to 1 on the bet that you made so if you were to put 10 chips on that one number you would get paid 35x what that chip is worth, Great Money!

There are also several different types of bets that you should be aware of like inside and outside bets, you need to read up on the types of bets and find out which of them make more sense to you. There are many people out there who just make bets that will bring them out even but allow them to play for a long time. This is when somebody walks up to the table and puts equal bets on say the red and the black square. They are almost certainly going to win that bet, unless of course the ball lands on the single zero or the double zero, then they lose.
